How do I sign in?

Padeo uses a passwordless login system to keep your account safe. This means that when you sign in, you will receive a magic-sign in link to your email. If you're having trouble accessing your account, first make sure that:
  • You have created a Padeo account. If you signed up for our mailing list/waitlist during our pre-launch marketing, you still need to create an account.
  • If you have successfully created an account: Refresh your email client. Check your email’s spam folder and marketing folder. Sign in emails are typically delivered in less than 10 seconds, but in very rare cases they can take up to 5 minutes to deliver. If the problem persists email us at [email protected].

I created an account, but my email is not recognized when I try to sign in

It’s likely you entered your email address incorrectly while creating your account, so our system doesn’t recognize your correct email address when you try to sign in. If you enter your email correctly on the sign in page and get the error “We don’t recognize your email…”, then try to create an account and verify that you enter your email address correctly. If the problem persists after these steps email us at [email protected].

I did not receive the sign in email
